老公说商业计划书搞不明白,请教高手怎么弄啊。中介让我老公自己填写他的一些专业东东。写不好会不会拒签啊。

Business Plan

Please provide more detailed information on the following sections of the business plan:



Product

In your business plan you have mentioned the global forecast for sensors market, industrial applications, their importance and their classification (temperature, liquid, pressure and flow). Also, you included information of the global market of the UPS and their importance in relation with the negative consequences that could arise from the failure in power management in the telecommunications industry. Yet, your product is not being explained enough.

Please describe:

- What specific types of sensors you will repair or sale: uses, features and cost.

- What specific types of UPS you will sell or repair: What kind of technology they use, features, use, cost and regulations.



Market research

You have explained business opportunities in the large-scaled industries in St. John (e.g. Moosehead and Irving Refinery). The potential business opportunity in your business plan has been based on these industries use and need of this technology for process automation control. Yet, your market research should be more specific:

- Which kind of sensors for process automation control does your target market use or will use that you will sell/repair

- Which specific features and benefits your product has compared to their current suppliers

- How does your product or service satisfy their needs

- Market growth potential (New Brunswick (local) and national market data)

- Market share



Regulations

Include more research about your specific product within the framework of ‘Energy Efficiency Regulations” or other regulations related to sale, import and manufacture of UPS.

这个应该是C 料后的补料信;看上去现在NB移民官要求蛮高的,有些要求过高,毕竟就过去考察了5天!!
