Dino's wife answer:
So far I didn't hear that......
I am thinking about the LSAT exam as well but I'll make sure my oral English can handle the Law School study than process that staff. You understand it costs a lot of money and time to be a lawyer here.

i'm working with a law firm in luxembourg and prepare my PHD of law (international business law) at the same time. but i have no intention to sit for the bar exams in europe, for i want to live in canada and i will go there very soon.
i know that it's very expensive to study in the law schools in the Rest of Canada. but i suggest that u can study laws in quebec, for the studies there really cost nothing (there are a big number of good firms also). u may study only for one year in university (mcgill university; also don't require the LSAT exams) if u have good working experiences , and then a bachelor diploma will open u all the doors to the lawyers' school in the english speaking provinces. (or there is an interprovincial agreement stipulating that if u are a lawyer in toronto, u can practice the law under certain conditions in other provinces.)
but anyway, i agree with u on what u said later: there are more chances in china than in canada, for in china, u may deal with some big cases, maybe one case will suffice for your whole year's expenses (esp. arbitration and mediation and AM), but in canada, big ones will never fall at our hands, even we are lawyers.
anyway, this is our first step in this professional ladder. all of immigrants have to begin from the samll. bonne chance!
hope to exchange with your wife later.

also may i ask u a personal question? (of course, u may refuse me and i know this is not a decent place to talk about it) are u a christian (protestant)? since i find there are a lot of people speaking of Him and encouraging you in your post column. also your citation of the book ISAIE (french) makes me wonder...

it's a shame to talk about my own history with Him. in fact, i have been studying the Bible for nearly six years. i even preached in chengdu for nearly three weeks ( the richful and wholesome experiences i have ever had), but i have never been baptised. so, ritually speaking, i'm not a religious.
i hope one day i can serve Him, and my wife too (more ardent than me), because, this is our object.
