drop in a church ,sign in and follow those nice guys, that is it..

可以先参加教会一些活动,坚持每周小组活动,你家附近有教会吗?只要你过去,肯定很多人热心的教给你的.

有，看电视上说过好多次，多伦多有个佛教的组织，忘记名字了。前阵子还搞了活动，那个高僧还在电视上接受过采访，内容是关于吃斋的。

too far from scarborough.

whatever, u can find churches in most major intersections. Walk in and ask them...

Be brave and may u not need LINC or ESL anymore....
