10月28日至29日（EDT:美国东部夏令时间）CIC因网站维护不能查询状态

具体通知如下：

**Please note that the On-Line Services service will be unavailable from 9:00:00 PM EDT, Saturday, October 28, 2006 until 11:00:00 AM EST, Sunday, October 29, 2006, so that CIC can maintain the system.

注：EDT：美国东部夏令时间，与GMT的偏移量：-4:00

EST：美国东部标准时间，与GMT的偏移量：-5:00
