打听到8月底汇票就已经兑付,因为没有FN,就给大使馆发了一封信。结果他们说计算机里没有我的纪录。这可怎么办呀?!

We have conducted a computer search according to your name and date of birth, but didn't find any record of your application.
For your information, we have already processed applications received at this office before mid August 2006.
If your application was submitted after this date, there would not be any record in our system although payment may have already been processed. Please be patient. We will contact you in due course.
If it was submitted before this date, it may have been returned to you by REGULAR mail according to the mailing address on your application form due to incomplete information or incorrect payment. However, we do not keep any record of incoming new applications nor rejected applications. We regret that we are unable to trace your mail should it have gone astray, and provide further information or assistance to you. You may wish to resubmit a new application. You may also want to contact your bank to confirm that we have never cashed your payment.
