使馆回复原文如下：

Our office has received all the required documents needed to finalise

However, due to the huge volume of applications to be finalised, we do
not anticipate finalising your application within the next 12 weeks.
Please remain very patient.

we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

体检完都快等了5个月了，还让等12周有可能还没有结果，真让人哭笑不得啊！

There is a reason why it is taking so long. The problem is that all pre 2002 cases are affected by class action lawsuit and settlement. Please take a look at this:

'...All applications submitted in 2000 will receive selection decisions within 24 months of final settlement, regardless of visa office;

All applications submitted in 2001 will receive selection decisions within 42 months of final settlement...'

Court ordered CIC not to refuse affected applications (filed before 2002) until lawsuit is decided or settled, which means they won't mail anything to those who's applications are already rejected or ready to be rejected before April 2005, and their status will still be IP.

这里没ME的很少了。

It doesn't mean you are/will be rejected. CIC continues processing of those applications and is mailing passport requests to approved applicants, but doesn't mail anything to those who's applications are already rejected or ready to be rejected.
It only means that it takes a long time for these cases either approved or rejected.

我也是迟迟不变。依然12，有不祥预感。
