Starting this summer, the Immigration Section will review immigration applications submitted in 2002, 2003 and 2004. Your application was received during that time and should be reviewed shortly. To facilitate our review of your file and improve the possibility that your application will receive a positive decision, please submit to our office the following documents as soon as possible.
- an updated application form
- Family composition form
- Four passport size pictures
- recent police certificate
- proof of your current level of language proficiency
- letters of employment indicating your position, salary and details of your duties and resposibilities
- additional documents to highlight any updated education and work experience
If you fail to submit the aforementioned application form and documents within two months, a visa officer will assess your application on the basis of the information that you have already submitted, without further notice to you. Request for extension will not be considered unless you submit a detailed explanation with supporting documents explaining why you cannot submit the above documents within the allocated time.
