2600万的流通盘，主要从事手机增值服务，有自己的技术特色，被微软看中
，明天要大涨了。消息是4点后出的，事先我也不知道，为什么买？主要是新股
昨天刚放量涨，奇怪的是昨天本人怎么没看到，见鬼！
从盘中看，昨天(成交270万)有大单狠进，今天还能涨50%。

According to the report, "3G Network deployments in China" by In-Stat/MDR, in China alone there are about 270 million cell phones in operation with growth expected to reach near 500 million by 2008. "Smart phones Rising: 10 Things You Should Know About This Segment" report by In-Stat/MDR indicates smart phone shipments will experience a 44% Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) over the next five years.

可见此公司发的PR有弄虚作假之处，比如PR中这句“one of the top 20 companies”，从微软网站上的官方消息来看，入选的参赛者不少都只是个人而已，而非什么top 20 companies。个人感觉此消息并非什么实质性的重大利好，不过短期也许可以配合庄家的炒作，MM说你行，你就行，不行也行，利好不过是个借口。但长期持有的朋友要小心。 :rolleyes:


中文信息是6月29发的，这种股炒的就是消息，故风险很大。

一个月50加币，我没订PINK SHEET的行情。我想为什么我可以在AM里下PINK SHEET的单，可能也是因为我是ELITE客户。如果不常用技术分析，只是看K线图的话，ALPHATRADE是个不错的选择（主要是便宜,呵呵）

alphatrade 的功能很简单
 
比ESIGNAL肯定差很多，基本上没有什么技术分析和SCREENER的功能，主要是便宜；另外，它有两个特色的地方，一是LEVEL2可以选LEVEL2/TOTAL VIEW,这样就可以看到连续的没笔成交价格和成交量；而且它有一个OTCBB和PINK SHEET的前五十名涨幅(很多网站上提供的都是延时的），因为这个公司本身也是在OTCBB上市，所以它也比较关注小板市场，把这个做为它的一个卖点

Esignal is more expensive. I am using the Esignal basic(113USD month by month. It will be much cheaper if subscribe to it annually. )

So far so good. But its level2 is expensive(30USD/mon). And the service about pink is bad.

If not so many software use it for the real time data provider, I will not use it.

由于前期炒作同是pink市场的新股AUML，两者盘子也差不多，AUML 1：5 SPLIT，EMTK 1：4 SPLIT，AUML 从0.02涨到1.16。
上次对AUML，自己炒作的不太好(TD不能直接报单，打电话报一笔要5-10分钟，千万不要在TD开户)。
AM这几天不能交易PINK股，我还是用td帐户，打电话报单。

这次对emtk炒作也就有了点经验，可惜，前几天在0.92没全部走掉。
水平还是不行。

今天上午在0.7-0.8之间整理。


这里要强调一下，OTC市场的公司增发(稀释)新股和股票正向SPLIT是完全不同德概念和
意义。

绝大部分公司增发新股完全是流氓和强盗行为，象afrn,PCCL，GFYF等公司，一次就增发10亿股，市场上投资该股票的全部牺牲，无论以什么价买入，都得套牢，直至资金完完，然后再来个方反向split.股价马上扩大上百倍，千万别高兴，没几天，再增发上亿股，推向市场，每次增发
公司只要交证监会300元手续费即可。

一看公司增发 千万不要碰。
FRCP 公司是个好公司 增发了5000万，股价就是上不去，好在公司确实不错，股价表现不算太差。

而AFRN(以前是AFRT)就是个流氓公司。


昨天的MDGN绝对是个好介入点，在0.11-0.12之间有好几小时时间，我在0.125进了5000股，几百元资金，准备今天在0.1-0.11之间大量进，但今天很快上去了，目前在0。16-0。17附近，张40%.

Gemstar Sells Its Holdings in Youbet.com

本来EMTK是今天登记SPLIT，但昨天下午4点后出个消息，把登记日推迟到下周五，
从我的经验看，是机构和公司联手搞的，MM看到有不少跟风盘跟进，改时间后，可先打后拉，昨天盘中有两笔10万股的抛单(0。66，0。65)，预示股价还要跌1毛左右(0。55)，
本人昨天在0.66也出了大半，也是经验给我的教训，盘中一旦有大单卖，后面(可能几天)会有更低价出现，故先卖出大半，准备在0.55附近接回来。

下面是一朋友昨天打给该公司的电话；

这几天MM 没动，从成交量上看出。

24号登记日，估计要动。

谈谈我的理解，请IKE兄指正：EMTK已缩量整理七天，最低打到50CENTS，为什么洗盘这么厉害，因为股价已翻了足足四倍，小盘股MM的难处是出货，只要有接盘，MM就获利出货。连续高开低走，接盘就套，故接盘者日少，表现出来就是缩量整理。
今天打到50CENTS时，成交稀疏。MM按捺不住，有尾盘放量试盘动作。明天上午是关键，PINK股票炒的就是题材，24日前若不拉升，就白白浪费了SPLIT的大好题材。故我觉得从明天起，有可能连续拉升数天，若跟风盘太重，可能盘中震荡洗酬。
若是国产庄家，中国股市连续轧空暴涨五天，不能不吸引庄家的眼球，或许转了一下精力，暂时转战国内，炒一把国内短线？
另外，自IKE点出EMTK后，华枫股友重仓杀入者众，这股跟风盘也需要洗一洗吧？。


调整的时候是,小单拉升,大单出货;拉升的时候,是小单打压,大单拉升.现在,已开始拉升,MM节奏控制的很好,边洗边拉,视跟风盘多少而定,多,压之,少,拉升,反反复复,震荡向上.
